Terms of service

Age limit

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on Relentlessly without parental consent. This applies globally — not just in Norway. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 without having parental consent. Users below 13 years old is not allowed, and users between 13-15 need parental consent (have your parents contact us via contact form).

What Relentlessly is

Relentlessly is a community platform for makers. People who want to start projects, find collaborators, and build real things together. It is not a job board, a freelance marketplace, or a corporate recruiting tool. If that's what you're looking for, this probably isn't the right place. All users on Relentlessly need to be open to collaborate for "sweat equity". We want no one to reach out to someone and get in reply: "Sure let's spar! My hourly rate is 150 USD". Using cash as compensation is fine to agree on but can't be the only option going into conversations.

Ideas and intellectual property

When you post an idea or project on Relentlessly, you own it. We don't claim any rights over what you share here.

That said, Relentlessly is a public community. When you post an idea, other members can see it. We can't and don't police what people do with inspiration they find here. Only share as much as you're willing to be openly out there. We are firm believers of ideas being cheap, it's execution that matters. And fortunately, few have it.

By posting content on Relentlessly, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. That's it. We don't use your content for anything else.

Co-founder relationships and disputes

Relentlessly helps people find each other. What happens after that — agreements, equity splits, falling outs — is between the people involved. We're not a party to any co-founder agreements and take no responsibility for how those relationships play out. Figure these things out early, we have a hand book with recommendations to follow. LFG!
